Yes, we ship to additional countries listed below. Please note that for these countries, the shipping fees will be added to the total at checkout and that the orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place), meaning import taxes and duties are the recipient’s responsibility. Costs may vary by country, so we advise checking with your local customs office for estimates. Unpaid fees will prevent customs from releasing the package, and it will be returned to us.Countries we ship to include: Andorra, Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Hong Kong SAR, Iceland, Israel, Japan, Liechtenstein, Malaysia, Mexico, Monaco, New Zealand, Norway, Serbia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Switzerland, UAE, and the UK.
No, artworks and jewelry are likely to be delivered separately.
Heroji Artworks take 7 to 12 business days to fulfill and ship.
We’ll send an email with tracking details once each item is shipped. You can also check order status through our chat box with your order number and email address.
Ordering
You cannot modify orders after they’re placed. Contact us within 2 hours by email with your order number if you wish to cancel it.
We do not accept returns. All sales are final. However, you have 2 hours to cancel your order if you change your mind and the jewelry has a one year warranty.
We use Shopify Payments, which accepts most major credit cards and digital wallets. PayPal is also supported.

Each piece is 12in x 12in (~30cm x 30cm) and comes ready to hang with a back frame mount, which creates a natural, minimalist floating effect.
Heroji Artwork
French artist Anais Z. has meticulously created the Heroji matrix digitally. The pieces included in the Archetype collection are crafted as hand-embellished Giclée on premium canvas. The Experiment artworks are mixed-media pieces, primarily crafted on metal through dye sublimation. Finally, for the Phygitals Collection, each artwork is a one-of-a-kind Giclée on Hahnemühle Fine Art paper.

Archetypes are 16in x 16in (~40cm x 40cm), Phygitals are 12in x 12in (~30cm x 30cm) and Experiments vary in size.
Heroji is based on 12 heroes. The Archetypes Collection is definitive and includes 4 versions of each hero. The Phygitals Collection includes hundreds of unique variations based on background colors, facial tones, moods, headdress styles, symbolic emblems, and their respective natural elements: Ocean, Sun, Moon, Flowers, Rivers, Mountains, Earth, Forest, Thunder, Meadows, Wind, and Stars.

The battery offers up to 10 hours of display time.
Currently, Tokenshow is only available on iOS, with an Android version planned for 2025.
Each digital jewelry comes with a wireless charging power station, carabiner, and a chain.
Warranty & Care
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please keep the packaging and contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
Gently dust your artworks on a regular basis and avoid prolonged sun exposure to preserve colors.
Jewelry should not be left uncharged for extended periods, dropped on hard surfaces, or submerged in water.
